ASEES OS — Your AI Chief of Staff

Desktop sticky tasks

A lightweight Windows app that shows your active Asees OS tasks on the desktop — pin it on top, get due-date reminders, and stay focused without opening the browser.

Microsoft Store — listing coming soon. Use direct download below for now.
Direct download (.exe, x64)

Requires an active plan. Uses the same extension token from your dashboard settings.

Which download should I use?

  • Microsoft Store (recommended) — works on x64 and ARM64 (Surface, Snapdragon laptops). No Windows security warnings. Free to install.
  • Direct download (.exe) — x64 PCs only. Windows may show a SmartScreen warning on first run (see below).

Windows security notice (direct download only)

If you use the direct .exe installer, Windows SmartScreen may show: “Windows protected your PC” or “Unknown publisher”. This is normal for apps not yet distributed through the Microsoft Store.

  1. Click More info
  2. Click Run anyway

If the file disappears after download, Windows Defender may have quarantined it. Open Windows Security → Protection history → allow the file, then download again. For a warning-free install, use the Microsoft Store version when available.

ARM64 devices: the direct download is x64-only and will show “This app can't run on your PC”. Use the Microsoft Store version instead.

Setup steps

  1. Create an account at app.aseesos.com — an admin activates your plan
  2. Install the app from the Microsoft Store (coming soon) or direct download
  3. Open Dashboard → Settings → Chrome Extension → Generate Token
  4. Paste your token in the desktop app settings and connect
  5. Your active tasks appear as sticky cards — pin the window to keep it visible

What you get

  • Active tasks on desktop — no browser tab needed
  • Always on top — pin the window like a sticky note
  • Auto-refresh — syncs every minute and on focus
  • Due reminders — desktop notifications for new and due-soon tasks
  • Read-only — view tasks; manage them in the dashboard
