What is a WhatsApp AI assistant?
A WhatsApp AI assistant is software that reads your WhatsApp conversations, extracts actionable work, and helps you respond — without replacing your judgment.

Asees OS is a WhatsApp-first AI Chief of Staff
Asees OS is a WhatsApp-first AI Chief of Staff built by Asees OS Technologies. It connects to WhatsApp Web through a Chrome extension, analyzes the chat you have open, and produces structured tasks, reply drafts, and daily briefings. Every output goes to an approval queue. Nothing is sent automatically.
Unlike pasting a chat into ChatGPT, Asees OS works in context: it sees the messages WhatsApp has loaded, estimates credit cost before running, and saves approved results to your dashboard at app.aseesos.com.
Who is Asees OS for?
Asees OS is designed for people whose professional workload flows through WhatsApp:
- Freelancers managing client deadlines, revisions, and invoices in chat
- Agencies coordinating across team members and client threads
- Founders and operators who need a daily briefing without reading every thread
- Anyone who wants AI help but refuses auto-send on messaging apps
How is Asees OS different from generic AI chatbots?
Generic chatbots like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini are general-purpose. You copy text in, get text out. Asees OS is purpose-built for WhatsApp workflow:
- Native WhatsApp Web integration via Chrome extension sidebar
- Structured task extraction with priority, ETA, and payment detection
- Reply drafts in multiple tones saved for manual send
- Approval queue — no external action without your sign-off
- Credit-based billing with estimates shown before each action
- 7-day raw chat retention by default

What can a WhatsApp AI assistant do?
Analyze conversations
Run analysis on the open chat or selected messages. Typical cost: ~5 credits for analysis, ~8 credits with reply drafts. One Asees Credit is approximately $0.01.
Extract tasks
AI identifies action items, deadlines, and payment mentions. Tasks enter your approval queue before they appear in your task list.
Draft replies
Get reply suggestions in professional, friendly, firm, or casual tones. You copy the draft and send it yourself in WhatsApp. Asees OS never auto-sends.
Generate daily briefings
Request a morning summary of what needs attention. Typically ~3 credits per briefing.
Transcribe voice notes
Turn voice messages into readable text from the open chat. About 6 credits per minute — estimate shown before you transcribe.
The approval model
Human approval is the core architecture, not an optional setting. When AI extracts a task or drafts a reply, it creates a pending approval. You review in the dashboard or via email notification. Approve to save. Reject to discard. Let expire after 24 hours by default.
This model exists because professionals cannot risk AI sending wrong messages to clients, vendors, or team members. Read the full security model.
