How voice note transcription works
From the open WhatsApp chat on WhatsApp Web, select a voice message and run transcribe in the Asees OS extension or dashboard. AI converts the audio to text, then you can analyze the transcript for tasks and reply drafts.
Credit cost: about 6 credits per minute of audio. The estimate is shown before you confirm — no surprise bills.
Why transcribe before analyzing?
Voice notes often contain the most important client instructions — scope changes, urgent deadlines, payment details. Transcribing first lets the task extractor and reply draft generator work on the full conversation, not just typed messages.
Supported languages
Transcription works best with clear audio in English, Urdu, and other common business languages. Quality depends on audio clarity and background noise.
Privacy
Audio is processed for transcription and not stored permanently. Transcripts follow the same 7-day retention policy as chat text. See security details.
