Workflow
How your WhatsApp workload gets managed
Asees OS sits between your chats and your to-do list. AI does the reading and structuring. You approve every outcome.
- 01
Open WhatsApp Web
Install the Chrome extension and connect with your dashboard token.
- 02
Analyze the chat
Run analyze on the open chat or selected messages. AI extracts tasks and drafts replies.
- 03
Review approvals
Every suggestion lands in your approval queue. Nothing sends without your sign-off.
- 04
You decide
Approve tasks to your dashboard. Copy reply drafts and send manually in WhatsApp.
Important: Asees OS never auto-sends WhatsApp messages. You stay in control.
What happens when you analyze a chat
- 1. Extension reads messages visible in the open WhatsApp Web chat (max 200 newest loaded messages).
- 2. AI classifies intents, extracts tasks with priority and ETA, and drafts reply suggestions.
- 3. Results appear in your dashboard approval queue — not in the chat.
- 4. You approve tasks to save them. You copy reply drafts and paste into WhatsApp yourself.
Credit estimate before you run
The extension sidebar shows approximate credit cost before each action. Analyze a full chat is typically ~5 credits. Analyze with reply drafts is ~8 credits.
Select specific messages to analyze less text and save credits.
What Asees OS does not do
- — Auto-send WhatsApp messages
- — Scrape chats you are not viewing
- — Act on tasks without your approval
- — Store raw chat text forever (default 7-day expiry)
