This Privacy Policy describes how Asees OS Technologies ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you use Asees OS at https://aseesos.com and the application at app.aseesos.com.

Information we collect

• Account information: email address and authentication data when you register.
• WhatsApp content: message text you choose to analyze via the Chrome extension (open chat or selected messages only).
• Usage data: AI action logs, credit usage, and approval history.
• Technical data: browser type, IP address, and service logs for security and debugging.

How we use information

• Provide task extraction, reply drafts, briefings, and billing
• Send transactional emails (auth, billing alerts, approval notifications)
• Improve service reliability and prevent abuse

Data retention

Raw WhatsApp message text expires automatically after 7 days by default. You may adjust retention in settings. Approved tasks and account data persist while your account is active.

Third parties

We use Supabase (database/auth), AWS SES (email), and AI providers you configure (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) to process analyzed content. We do not sell your personal data.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting hello@aseesos.com.
