Use case
WhatsApp task extractor
Stop scrolling back through client threads to find what you promised. Asees OS reads the open WhatsApp chat and extracts structured tasks with priority, ETA, and payment detection — you approve before anything lands in your task list.

How WhatsApp task extraction works
Open a chat on WhatsApp Web, click Analyze in the Asees OS Chrome extension sidebar, and AI scans the visible messages. It identifies action items like "send the invoice by Friday", "update the homepage banner", or "confirm the go-live date".
Each extracted task enters your approval queue. Nothing is saved until you approve. Typical cost: about 5 Asees Credits (~$0.05) per chat analysis. See pricing for plan details.
What gets extracted
- Action items with clear owners and deadlines
- Priority scoring based on urgency language in the thread
- Payment mentions (PKR, USD, invoice requests)
- Follow-up reminders buried in long conversations
Why not copy-paste into ChatGPT?
Generic AI chatbots require manual copy-paste, produce unstructured text, and have no approval workflow. Asees OS is built for WhatsApp: native extension integration, structured task output, credit estimates before each run, and a dashboard at app.aseesos.com.

Privacy and control
