Use case
WhatsApp reply draft generator
Draft faster without sounding robotic. Asees OS suggests replies in multiple tones based on the full conversation context — you review, copy, and send manually from WhatsApp Web.

How reply drafting works
When you analyze a WhatsApp chat, Asees OS can generate reply suggestions alongside task extraction. Each draft appears in your approval queue with the tone label (professional, friendly, firm, or casual).
Approve a draft → copy it → paste into WhatsApp → send yourself. Asees OS never auto-sends messages. This is a core architectural decision, not an optional setting.
Four tone variants
- Professional — new leads, formal clients, first contact
- Friendly — repeat clients, warm relationships
- Firm — scope creep, payment follow-ups, boundary setting
- Casual — team chats, informal vendors
Credit cost
Analysis with reply drafts typically costs about 8 credits (~$0.08) per chat — the estimate is shown before you run. Start free with 75 starter credits at app.aseesos.com.
