Meta / Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

Asees OS (Asees OS Technologies) uses Meta's APIs only when you choose to connect a Facebook Page and/or Instagram Business account for social content publishing. We do not use Facebook Login to sign you into Asees OS. Your app login is email-based.

What Meta-related data we store

When you connect Instagram or Facebook in the Social Command Center, we store:

Facebook Page ID and Page name
Instagram Business account ID and username (if linked to your Page)
Encrypted OAuth access tokens used to publish on your behalf after you approve a post
Token expiry date and granted permission scopes

We do not store your Facebook friends list, birthday, gender, or other Facebook profile fields.

How to delete Meta data in the app (immediate)

Sign in at https://app.aseesos.com/login
Open Social (VEGA) → Connections
Under Instagram & Facebook, click Disconnect

This permanently removes your stored Meta connection tokens and account identifiers from our database. Disconnect takes effect immediately.

How to delete your full Asees OS account

To delete your entire account and all associated data (including social connections, drafts, and usage history), email us at hello@aseesos.com from the address registered on your account. Include "Account deletion request" in the subject line.

We will confirm receipt and complete deletion within 30 days.

Removing the app from Facebook

You can also remove Asees OS from your Facebook account at Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites . After removing the app, use the in-app Disconnect step above or email us to ensure we delete any remaining connection data on our servers.
